All of our products are shipped out in a fast and timely manner. You will receive your items quickly and they will be packaged with care.
Processed Orders:
Most orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours of the day the order was placed. If you have an emergency order that must be shipped on the day the order is placed, please call us to confirm that it is shipped.
Shipping Carriers:
The carriers we use to handle and deliver your RC helicopters are Federal Express (Fed Ex) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Alaska & Hawaii:
We welcome shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Generally, shipments will be made through USPS Priority Mail unless it is upgraded to Federal Express.
International:
RC Helicopter Pad does not deliver to international destinations. We do ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Damaged Goods:
If you should receive any shipment with damage please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
